| 摘 要： | 目的探讨端粒酶活性在结肠癌中的表达情况。方法采用ＰＣＲＥＬＩＳＡ方法检测３２例不同分化程度结肠癌及其癌旁组织中端粒酶活性。结果结肠癌组织中端粒酶活性阳性而癌旁组织无活性；不同分化程度结肠癌组织间无明显差异。结论端粒酶异常激活与结肠癌的发生相关，而与结肠癌分化程度无明显相关

| Abstract: | Objective To inverstigate the expression of telomerase activity (TMA) in colonic carcinomas. Methods The expression of TMA in cancer and paracancer tissue in 32 patients with colonic cancer were detected by PCR ELISA method. Results Strong TMA expession presented in all of the cancer tissues in 32 patients, but no TMA expression was detected in paracancer tissues. The TMA expression had no different in variant differentiation colonic cancer tissues. Conclusions The TMA expression is related to the occurrence of colonic cancer instead of the differentation. |
