| 摘 要： | 目的探讨术中用美兰作淋巴显影了解大肠癌的淋巴结转移情况的作用。方法术中美兰淋巴显影方法应用于２１例大肠癌患者。结果１１例肠系膜淋巴结显影良好的病例，术后淋巴结病检无１例转移；１０例显影不良的病例，术后病检有８例淋巴结转移。结论术中淋巴显影对术中淋巴清扫有一定的临床指导意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of the intraoperative lymphography with methylene blue on the lymphotic matastasis(IOLGMB) in patients with coloractal cancer. Methods IOLGMB was done in 21 patients. Results Mesenteric lymphatic nodes(MLDs) were visualized well in 11 cases and were not visualized in 10 cases. Postoperative pathologic observation did not reveal metastasis of the mesenteric lymphatic nodes in the 11 cases whose MLDs were visualization; but there were 8 cases having lymphatic nodes metastasis in the 10 cases whose MLD could not be visualized.Conclusions IOLGMB has a definite clinical value for lympha node clearance during surgery for coloractal cancer. |
