腔静脉滤网预防肺栓塞的临床经验

目的　总结腔静脉滤网在预防肺栓塞中的经验。方法　应用腔静脉滤网预防肺栓塞16 例,其中男10 例,女6 例。年龄31 ～67 岁。患者均患有“深静脉血栓形成后综合征”和“肺栓塞”病史。滤网经股静脉或右颈内静脉置入腔静脉,其中下腔静脉滤网15 例, 上腔静脉滤网1 例。结果　本组16 例均位置满意,无致命肺栓塞发生。结论　置放腔静脉滤网能有效预防肺栓塞的发生和复发,但有一定并发症,临床应用需严格掌握适应证。

Clinical experience of filter of vena cava in preventing pulmonary embolus

Objective To summary experience of the filters of vena cava in preventing pulmonary embolus(PE). Methods Abstract Objective To summary experience of the filters of vena cava in preventing pulmonary embolus(PE). Methods There were 16 patients in this group with 10 male and 6 female. They ranged in age from 31 to 67 years old. Pulmonary embolus occurred in all patients after the deep venous thrombosis. The filters were placed via femoral vein to the inferior vena cava in 15 patients and to the superior vena cava in 1 patient. Results Sixteen patients were succesfully treated, and the filters were positioned exactly. Fatal PE didn't occur after the filter placed. Conclusions The filter can effectively prevent the occurrence of PE However, we must master clinical indications because of the complications.
