射频消融房室旁道治疗预激综合征

对１７例预激综合征并阵发性室上性心动过速（ＰＳＶＴ）病人施行射频消融术。１６例为单房室旁道（ＡＰ），１例为双ＡＰ。１４条左侧旁道及１条右侧旁道消融获得成功，成功率为８２．４％。无严重并发症。随访１～１３个月仅１例右前膈ＡＰ复发。射频消融是治疗房室折返性心动过速的有效方法，今后应加强右侧ＡＰ消融的研究。

RADIOFREQUENCY CURRENT ABLATION OF ATRIOVENTRICULAR ACCESSORY PATHWAY IN PATIENTS WITH PRE-EXTITION SYNDROME

Radiofrequency current ablation was performed on seventeen patients whosuffered from pre-excitation syndrome with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia(PSVT),and sixteen of whom suffted from single artrioventricular accessory pathway,andone doule atrioventricular accessory pathway. The treatment of fourteen of the left-sided atri-oventricular accessory pathway and one of the right-sided atrioventricular accessory pathwayby radiofrequency current ablation were successful.The rate of the successful operation is,eight-two point four percent without any serious complication. the patients were followed-upfrom one monfh fo thirteen months after the treatment and only otie of them had a replase in-to the right anter oseptal pathway.Radiofrequency current ablation is an effective method tocure atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia. More researches should be made on radiofrequen-cy ablation of the right-sided atrioventricular accessory pathway.
