摘    要:目的探讨前路植骨加钢板内固定治疗两节段脊髓型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法30例两节段脊髓型颈椎病患者,前路切除椎间盘,取自体髂骨植骨融合。其中12例患者采用Orion钢板内固定。术后进行影像学和临床效果评价。结果30例患者均获得骨性融合。12例运用钢板和18例单纯植骨患者,平均骨性融合时间分别为3.2±1.23和2.3±0.61个月,两组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论前路钢板增加两节段颈椎间植骨的稳定性,术后外固定时间短,植骨融合快。

Abstract:Objective To study the clinical effect of treating two-level cervical spondylotic myelopthy with anterior cervical plate fixation and intervertabral graft. Methods 30 two-level(cervical spondylotic myelopthy,CSM)patients . All disc materials were removed, and autogenous iliac crest bone graft was placed into the disc space. Of the 30 patients, 12 patients had ORION anterior cervical plates. A radiograph was taken at 2 after surgery, and then at monthly intervals until the fusion was judged to be solid. Clinical follow-up valuations were performed by Odom's criteria. Results All 30 patients had fusions. According to Odom's criteria, The results in patients with plates are markedly similar to those in patients who fused without plates.(P>0.05). Conclusions The addiction of plate fixation for two-level anterior cervical discectomy can increase cervical stability, and the time of exterior fixation decrease after operation. The clinical effect is good.
