医学重要真菌的实验室诊断进展之二--分子生物学鉴定技术的研究进展

医学真菌的实验室常规鉴定方法尽管有了很大发展，但仍存在耗时长、敏感性低的问题。近年来，研究者做了大量工作，试图应用分子生物学方法鉴定医学重要真菌弥补传统方法的不足。本文根据近年来的文献报道，概括总结了以念珠菌为主的分子生物学检测方法的进展情况。

Although there has been great improvement on conventional identification methods in clinical mycology laboratory, the procedures are still time_consuming and lack sensitivity. A lot of study based on molecular biology has been performed to establish new approach for the diagnosis and identification of medically important fungal infections. This paper summarizes the progress of molecular technique in recent years.
