颅内血肿微创清除术治疗脑出血40例疗效分析

目的探讨颅内血肿微创清除治疗方法及疗效.方法 40例脑出血患者采用颅内血肿微创清除术治疗,30例脑出血患者采用单纯内科治疗,观察发病4周后临床神经功能缺损程度,分析微创清除术的适应证、并发症等.结果颅内血肿微创清除术治疗组临床神经功能缺损程度评分较单纯内科治疗组明显降低(P＜0.05).结论颅内血肿微创清除术治疗脑出血疗效较好,创伤小,操作简单安全.

Analysis of 40 cases micro-traumatic evacuation of hematomas caused by cerebral hemorrhage

Aim To study the curative effect of micro-traumatic evacuation of hemorrhage and investigate safety,complication. Methods Forty patients of hemorrhage accepted the micro-traumatic operation.the micro-traumatic operation was performed by means of CT location and puncture of cerebral hematomas, running out hematomas, injecting solvent drugs in hematomas in order to evacuate. Thirty patients of hemorrhage only accepted medicinal therapy. After four weeks of stroke attacking, all living patients were scored by clinic neurological function deficit scores (CNFDS). Results The CNFDS was lower in the group of micro-traumaatic operation, the mortality of the group of micro-traumatic operation was 20%,and 23.3% in the group of medicinal therapy. Conclusion Cerebral hemorrhage by micro-traumatic operation has a good effect, and the therapy being small injury, easy and safe in operation, it opens a new way of treating cerebral hemorrhage.
