| 摘 要： | 目的了解青海高原地区人群中硒水平分布状况。方法采用2,3-二氨基萘荧光法,测定人群生物样品:发、血、尿。结果青海高原地区人群生物硒含量总体水平偏低,有85%的人群血硒水平低于正常值。6个民族间和7种不同地理环境中人群的生物样品中硒含量各自均有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论人群硒水平与地理环境、生活习俗、经济状况、硒摄入量等因素相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To study selenium standard status of people habited in Qinghai plateau areas.Methods With national standard method.The samples were divided into three kind of samples such as blood,urine and hair.Results The average selenium content level of people body was lower than the normal reference level in Qinghai plateau areas.The selenium values of 85 percent of the investigated population were lower than normal value.The variation existed among six nationalities and seven different geographic environments.Conclusion The results showed that selenium value of people was compactly related to geographical environment,life conventions and economic conditions. |
