摘    要:<正> 据Kulenkempff J等报导,T淋巴细胞中酸性α-醋酸萘酯酶(Acid α-Naphthyl Acetate Esterase简称ANAE),能将结构中具有酯键的化合物水解为酚和酸性离子,即R—CooR′+HOH→RCooH+R′OH。例如:α-醋酸萘酯可被酯酶水解为α-萘酚和乙酸离子,然后α-萘酚与六偶氮副品红偶联形成棕红色,根据这个原理进行试验,可以反映机体T淋巴细胞的免疫功能。因


ASSAY METHOD OF T LYMPHOCYTES ACID ALPHA-NAPHTHYL ACETATE ESTERASE——The Normal Value of Hsien Ning District 122 Normal Subjects
Abstract:The peripheral blood T lymphocytes of 122 normal subjects and 43 patients (cancer 5, tuberculosis 7, hemorrhagic fever 15, liver disease 16) were determined by acid alpha-naphthyl acetate esterace (ANAE) method reported by Kulenkampff in 1977. In the meantime, the patients were determined by active rosette formation method also. The results showed that the average value of ANAE positive cells of 122 normal subjects and 43 patients were 67.99%, 51.4% respectively with statistical significant difference (P<0.01). ANAE method, leading to the appearence of brownishred dots in the cytoplasm of T lymphocytes, was used to differentiate T lymphocytes from the other cells. Apparently, ANAE method seems to be more sensitive, simple and rapid than active rosette method in detecting the immunological function of human body and may be applied to general laboratory, and be used to identify various types of leukemia.
