电针治疗外展神经麻痹性复视临床对比研究

目的:探讨外展神经麻痹性复视的有效治疗手段.方法:采用随机数字表法将36例患者分为治疗组和对照组.治疗组采用电针疗法,穴取球后、瞳子髎、丝竹空、太阳等;对照组予维生素B1、维生素B6口服,肌生注射液肌肉注射和三磷酸腺苷、乙酰辅酶A、细胞色素C静脉滴注,并采用遮盖单眼法.两组治疗前及40天后测定眼球运动度.结果:经统计学分析,两组治疗前后自身对比差别有显著性意义(P＜0.01,P＜0.05),治疗组总有效率94.5%,优于对照组的77.8%(P＜0.05).结论:针刺治疗外展神经麻痹性复视疗效确切,并优于常规用维生素和能量合剂等治疗.

Comparative study on electroacupuncture for treatment of abducent nerve paralytic diplopia

Objective To probe an effective therapy for abducent nerve paralytic diplopia. Methods Thirty six cases were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group were treated by electroacupuncture at Qiuhou (EX HN7), Tongziliao (GB 1), Sizhukong (TE 23), Taiyang (EX HN5), and the control group by oral VitB 1 and VitB 6, intramuscular injection of Jisheng injectio, and intravenous dripping of ATP, CoA and cell pigment, and the covering single eye method. They were treated for same days and the eyeball moving degrees were measured before and after treatment. Results The eyeball moving degrees significantly improved after treatment in the both groups ( P <0 01, P <0 05), the treatment group being better than that in the control group ( P <0 05). Conclusion Acupuncture has a definite therapeutic effect on abducent nerve paralytic diplopia, superior to that of routine vitamine and energy mixture treatments.
