| 摘 要： | 从就诊病人中分离出30株淋球菌,并用纸片法测定其对常用的14种抗生素的敏感性。测定结果为:先锋V93.3%、新霉素90.0%、红霉素83.3%、麦迪霉素76.7%、氯霉素73.3%、庆大霉素70.0%,氨苄青霉素66.7%、青霉素63.3%、羟苄青霉素60.0%、痢特灵56.7%、四环素50.0%、洁霉素46.7%、链霉素46.7%、多粘菌素B46.7%。对耐青霉素的淋球菌流行趋势进行了讨论.

| Abstract: | 30 strains of gonococci were separated from the patients admitted to hospital and the sensitivity to 14 common antibiotics was determined with paper strip method. The results were as fowllows: ccphazolin 93.3%, neamine 90.0%, erthromycin 83.3%, medemycin 76.7%, chloromycctin 73.3%, gentamycin 70.0%, ampicillin 66.7%, penicillin 63.3%, carbcnicillin 60.0%, furazolidone 56.7%, tctracyclin 50.0%, lincomycin 46.7% and polymyxin B 46.7%. The cpidcmiological trend of penicillin-resistant gonococci was also discussed. |
