| 摘 要： | 目的探讨手术治疗在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)单发脑转移综合治疗中的作用。方法回顾性分析18例NSCLC单发脑转移患者的临床资料。所有患者在手术切除脑转移瘤后均接受全脑放疗及化疗,其中10例患者接受了肺部肿瘤切除术。结果患者总中位生存期为20.8个月,1、2和3年生存率分别为83.3%、48.8%和13.9%;接受和未接受肺部肿瘤切除术患者的中位生存期分别为20.5个月和25.5个月,两者比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.536)。结论手术切除脑转移瘤对NSCLC单发脑转移的治疗具有积极作用;肺部肿瘤是否切除对患者生存期无明显影响。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the role of surgical resection in comprehensive treatment for patients with non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC) and solitary brain metastasis.
