原发性高血压动态血压曲线与缩血管激素关系的探讨

目的探讨原发性高血压患者动态血压曲线与缩血管激素变化的关系。方法对 78例原发性高血压患者进行动态血压监测 ,按动态血压曲线分为非勺型组与勺型组 ,均检测血浆去甲肾上腺素 ( NE)、血管紧张素 ( Ang )、内皮素水平。结果原发性高血压非勺型血压特点患者的去甲肾上腺素水平明显增高 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,而血管紧张素 、内皮素无明显变化 ( P>0 .0 5 )。结论原发性高血压患者血浆去甲肾上腺素水平对 2 4小时血压节律的改变起着重要的作用 ,而血管紧张素 、内皮素无明显影响

The relationship of ambulatory blood pressure and constrictive vasoactive hormone in essential hypertension

Objective To investigate the relationship between ambulatory blood pressure and constrictive vasoactive hormone in essential hypertension patients.Methods Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM) was performed in 78 cases with essential hypertension. According to ABPM, the patients were divided into dipper type and non dipper type groups. Plasma norepinephrine(NE), angiotensin II(AngII) and endothelin(ET) were examined in all cases.Results Compared with dipper groups, NE was significantly higher in non dipper group. AngII and ET had no difference in two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion NE might affect circadian rhythm of blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension significantly, but has no obvious influence on AngII and ET.
