| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨内镜下安全有效地分片切除大肠无蒂大息肉的方法。方法:在内镜下用圈套器将无蒂大息肉分片电切摘除,必要时应用黏膜切除法。结果:对148例患者共162枚大肠无蒂大息肉采用该种治疗方法,病变直径均大于2cm,其中5例术中创面渗血,3例迟发性出血,予以止血夹闭合止血,其余患者均未发生相关并发症。术后病理4例示腺瘤癌变。所有患者复查1～5次后全部经内镜根治。结论:结肠镜下无蒂大息肉分片电切术是微创、安全、有效的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the safe and effective methods of pieces polypectomy on colorectal immense sessile polyps by endoscopy. Method We used the diathermic snare to noose and tighten different parts of the polyps, and then pieces polypectomy was done under endoscopy, when necessary EMR was done. Results 148 cases with colorectal immense sessile polyps were curatively resected and 162 polyps in all. The diameters of polyps were all over 2cm. Errhysis was found in 5 cases during the operation, bleeding in 3 after it and then the clips were used to stanch bleeding. Four pathologic results after operation show adenoma canceration. All patients were redical cured by endoscope completely after one to five reexaminations. Conclusion Endoscopic pieces polypectomy on colorectal large sessile polyps is an effective and safe method. |
