| 摘 要： | 临床药师参与1例2型糖尿病伴慢性肾脏病（CKD3期）降糖方案的优化，对患者全程进行药学监护，在保证其血糖控制达标的同时，也将药物对肾脏的影响降至最低，体现临床药师的自身价值。

| Abstract: | Clinical pharmacists participated in the optimization of hypoglycemic regimen for a patient with type 2 diabetes mellitus and chronic kidney disease (CKD stage 3). Pharmacological monitoring ensures that the patient''s blood sugar control meets the standard, and at the same time, it also minimizes the impact of drugs on kidneys, reflecting the value of clinical pharmacists. |
