| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨针灸效应物质基础研究在靶标发现中的应用价值。方法 回顾现代靶标发现的技术策略和针灸效应物质基础研究的特点，分析针灸效应物质基础研究在靶标发现中的应用价值。结果 将基于临床有效性的针灸效应物质基础研究与现代靶标分析技术策略相结合，有助于提高靶标发现的临床成功率。结论 提供了一种基于针灸临床有效性的靶标发现新策略。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the application of research on the substantial base of acupuncture effects in target discovery. Methods In retrospect the technical strategies of current target discovery and the characteristics of the research on the substantial base of acupuncture effects, the applicable value of research on the substantial base of acupuncture effects in target discovery was analyzed. Results Based on the clinical effects, applying research on the substantial base of acupuncture effects into target discovery should increase the validation rate in drug discovery. Conclusion Research on the substantial base of acupuncture effects is a new selection in target discovery. |
