| 摘 要： | 目的：评价过氟－Ｎ－辛烷（ｐｅｒｆｌｕｏｒｏ－Ｎ－ｏｃｔａｎｅ，ＰＦｎＯ）液体联合眼内激光在视网膜在大裂孔手术中的应用效果．方法：复习连续的４６例巨大视网膜裂孔患者的临床资料．结果：术后随访６ｍｏ￣３６ｍｏ（平均１５．６ｍｏ），视网膜最终复位３８例（８３％），视力改善者４０例（８７％）．结论：采用ＰＦｎＯ液治疗可明显提高视网膜巨大裂孔手术的成功率。

| Abstract: | AIM: To evaluate the efficacy of liquid perfluoro N octane (PFnO), together with endolaser application, in giant retinal tear (GRT) retinal detachment surgery. METHODS: Clinical records were reviewed in 46 consecutive patients who underwent vitrectomy, membrane peeling and retinotomy. Liquid PFnO was used in all the cases. RESULTS: 6~36 months (mean 15.6 months) follow up showed that total retinal attachment was achieved in 38 cases (82.6%) and final visual acuities improved postoperatively in 40 eyes (87%). CONCLUSION: PFnO helps to improve the success rate of the GRT retinal detachment surgery and the visual outcomes. |
