皮肤外洗剂的制备与临床疗效观察

目的:制备皮肤外洗剂并观察其对湿疹的临床疗效。方法:用苦参、蒲公英等中草药制备皮肤外洗剂,并对其进行薄层鉴别和检查。将102例急性、亚急性期湿疹患者随机分为2组,治疗组(52例)采用皮肤外洗剂外洗湿敷患处,对照组用复方硝酸益康唑软膏涂擦患处,疗程均为2wk。结果:鉴别方法专属性强、重现性好;2组疗效观察结果无显著差异,但皮肤外洗剂治疗急性期湿疹效果更为理想。结论:皮肤外洗剂的制备方法可行,疗效肯定,值得临床推广。

Preparation of Skin Lotion and Its Clinical Efficacy

OBJECTIVE: To prepare Skin lotion and to observe its clinical efficacy on eczema. METHODS: The Skin lotion was prepared with the Chinese herbal medicines-Radix Sophorae Flavescentis and Radix Et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae etc, and the identification was performed by TLC. A total of 102 patients with acute and sub-acute eczema were randomly divided into two groups: 52 cases in the trial group were administered with external Skin lotion by hydropathic compress for 2 weeks, and 50 in the control group were administered with Compound econazole nitrate ointment by inunction for 2 weeks as well. RESULTS: The method of identification was proved to be specific and reproductive. The two groups showed no significance in curative efficacy, but the externally applied Skin lotion was optimal. CONCLUSION: The Skin lotion is feasible in preparative method and it has affirmed efficacy, therefore, it deserves to be widely used in the clinic.
