氨力农联合尼可刹米治疗慢性肺心病合并心衰的疗效观察

目的 探讨氨力农联合尼可刹米治疗慢性肺心病合并心衰的临床疗效。方法将100例慢性肺心病合并心衰的患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各50例，观察组在基础治疗的同时每天加用氨力农100mg和尼可刹米1．5g，对照组在基础治疗的同时每天加用酚妥拉明10mg。两组疗程均为7d。比较两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组有效率为96．0％，对照组有效率为78．0％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论氨力农联合尼可刹米治疗慢性肺心病合并心衰临床疗效好，无不良反应。

Therapeutic effects of amrinone combined with nikethamide on patients of chronic cor pulmonale with heart failure

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect and safety of amrinone and nikethamide on patients of chronic cor pulmonale with heart failure. Methods 100 patients chronic cor pulmonale with heart failure were divided randomly into the intervention group （50 cases） and the control group （50 cases）, for the basic routine treatment, the intervention group was administered 100mg amrinone and nikethamide 1.5g each day for 7 days, while the control group was treated with 10mg phentolamine for 7 days, the clinical therapeutic effect and side effects were compared. Results Of the trial group, effectuate rate was 96. 0% ,Of the control group, effectuate rate was 78.0% , and there was significant difference between them （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ： Conclusions Amrinone combined with nikethamide is effective and safe for the treatment of patients of chronic cor pulmonale with heart failure, no obvious side effects were found, and hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
