| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨促肝细胞生长素在治疗重型肝炎中的疗效。方法：2010年1月-2015年12月，我科收治的60例重型肝炎患者，30例为治疗组，常规治疗基础上加用促肝细胞生长素，另30例为对照组为常规治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率为100%无死亡，对照组死亡4例总有效率为87%。结论：促肝细胞生长素在重型肝炎治疗中疗效显著值得推广。

Promoting liver cell auxin curative effect in treatment of severe hepatitis |

| Abstract: | objective:to investigate the curative effect of promoting hepatocyte growth hormones in the treatment of fulminant hepatitis. Methods:January 2010-December 2015, of 60 patients with severe hepatitis were admitted in our department, 30 cases for treatment group, based on conventional treatment combined with promoting liver cell auxin, another 30 cases as control group to conventional treatment. Results:treatment group total effective rate was 100% without death, the control group died 4 cases of the total effective rate was 87%. Conclusion: promoting liver cell auxin curative effect is distinct in the treatment of fulminant hepatitis is worth promoting. |
