| 摘 要： | 目的 介绍一种治疗肩锁关节脱位的新方法。方法 应用带骨块喙肩韧带内移重建喙锁韧带治疗肩锁关节脱位１５例。结果 随访６个月￣５年，按Ｌａｚｚｃａｎｏ功能评定标准，优１２例，良３例，结论 该方法操作简单，固定可靠，符合生理解剖特点，不易再脱位，远期疗效好。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To introduce a new treatment for dislocation of acromioclavical joint. Methods There were 15 cases treated by transferring the coracoacromial ligament with a part of acromion to clavicle to acquire rigid fixation. Results The patients were followed up from 6 months to 5 years. 12 showed excellent and 3 had good results based on Lazzcano evaluation. Conclusion The method is simple, physically reasonable and it can obtain rigid fixation. |
