乌饭树叶提取物改善大鼠氧化应激状态的研究

摘    要:目的:观察乌饭树叶提取物对应激大鼠所致氧化损伤的改善作用及机制。方法:采用足底电击建立应激大鼠动物模型,乌饭树叶醇提物按高、低剂量灌胃10d,在第7天时进行应激,7d后结束应激,处死各组动物。留取血清及脑组织,测定丙二醛(MDA),谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶(GPx)及过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果:高、低剂量醇提物组大鼠血清及脑组织中SOD、GPx水平均显著高于应激对照组(P〈0.05);而MDA含量则显著低于应激对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:应激大鼠存在氧化应激损伤,给予乌饭树叶提取物可减轻氧化应激损伤,从而降低应激大鼠的氧化损伤。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the role and mechanism of the vaccinium bracteatum thuMb leaf ethanol extract (VEE) against oxidative damage induced by stress in rats. Method : The animal model was set up by foot shock stress in rats, VEE was administrated orally by high-and low-dose for 10 days, the stress was started at the seventh day, ended after 7 days stress, then animals were sacrificed and the serum and brain tissue was collected of each group, the malondialdehyde (MDA), glutathione Peptide peroxidase (GPx) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity was determinated. Result: The SOD, GPx in serum and brain tissue of high-and low-dose ethanol extract group were significantly higher than the stress control group (P 〈 0.05 ) ; and the MDA content was significantly lower than that of stress control group (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion: The Oxidative stress injury existed in stressed rats given extract of Vaccinium bracteaturn leaves can reduce oxidative stress, thereby reducing the stress of oxidative damage.
