卵巢子宫内膜异位症患者子宫内膜病理特征分析

目的探讨卵巢子宫内膜异位症患者子宫内膜的病理特征.方法回顾性分析1993年至2001年105例卵巢子宫内膜异位症患者的临床资料,观察子宫内膜的病变情况.结果105例子宫内膜异位症患者中子宫内膜的病理变化有增生期子宫内膜、分泌期子宫内膜、子宫内膜息肉、子宫内膜单纯增生、绝经期子宫内膜等多种类型;分布于不同年龄组、单/双侧卵巢受累、合并子宫肌瘤/子宫腺肌症、不规则阴道出血患者中.内膜病变与患者的年龄、单/双侧卵巢受累、不规则阴道出血之间无相关性.结论卵巢子宫内膜异位症患者可同时合并子宫内膜息肉与子宫内膜单纯增生等内膜病变.

Ovarian endometriosis complicated with endometrial lesions

Objective To investigate the pathological changes of endometrium in patients with ovarian endometriosis. Methods 105 patients with ovarian endometriosis were choosen as the study group from 1993-2001. All the patients were underwent surgical operations, and pathological changes of lesions and endometrium were examined. Results The pathological changes of endometrium were proliferative and secretory phase endometrium, endometrial polyp, simple hyperplasia, and senile endometrium in different ages, with or without uterine myoma/adenomyosis, and epsilateral or bilaterall ovaries involvement. Different age of groups, whether complicated with myoma uteri and/or adenomyosis uteri existed or single or both ovaries involvement didn't make significant difference between pathological types of endometrium. Conclusions ovarian endometriosis may coexist with endometrial lesions.
