| 摘 要： | 目的探讨隐性乳腺癌利用乳腺钼靶摄影结合计算机辅助检测（CAD）诊断的价值。方法41例经CAD辅助诊断结合乳腺钼靶疑有簇状钙化，得到病理证实为乳腺癌的有29例，计算CAD的检出率；比较使用CAD前、后乳腺癌的检出率及诊断率。结果结合CAD后，评价效果均优于未结合CAD，使用钼靶摄影对于隐性乳腺癌的检出率仅为59．4％，使用CAD后隐性乳腺癌的检出率提高了34．2％。结论CAD可以提高早期隐性乳腺癌的检出率，并降低隐性乳腺癌诊断的假阴性率。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the diagnostic value of molybdenum target mammography with computer -aided detection(CAD) for early breast carcinoma. Methods 29 cases,which 41 cases were diagnosed with the assistance of CAD system,were proved to be breast carcinoma pathologically after operation.
