| 摘 要： | 目的本研究探讨了脑膜瘤中肌腱蛋白(tenasc in,TN)的表达和临床病理学意义。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测52例脑膜瘤组织中TN的表达情况,并结合临床病理参数进行综合分析。结果TN的表达和脑膜瘤病理分级、侵袭行为、瘤周水肿显著相关(P<0.05),而和肿瘤切除范围、肿瘤分型、肿瘤部位、肿瘤形状、大小无关(P>0.05)。结论TN在肿瘤恶性转化和浸润、瘤周水肿等方面起着重要作用。检测脑膜瘤TN的表达对进一步了解脑膜瘤生物学行为和判断预后有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression and clinicopathologic significance of tenascin(TN) in meningiomas.Methods Expression of tenascin in 52 cases of meningiomas were detected by immunohistochemistry SP method.The clinical pathological parameters were analyzed at the same time. Results The expression of tenascin positively correlated with pathological grade,aggressive behavior and peritumoral edema(P<0.05),but their relation to the resection grade(Simpson),histological variation,tumor location,size,and border shape(P>0.05).Conclusion In meningiomas,tenascin may play an important role during tumor angiogenesis,malignancy conversion, invasion and peritumoral edema.Detection expression of tenascin may be of value in further understanding the biological behavior and predicting the prognosis of meningiomas. |
