| 摘 要： | 目的：研究抑癌基因ｐｌ６与卵巢肿瘤发生与发展的关系。方法：用免疫组化ＡＢＣ法检测了３８例卵巢癌、２２例良性或交界性卵巢肿瘤及１２例正常卵巢组织中抑癌基因ｐ１６的表达情况。结果：ｐｌ６在恶性卵巢肿瘤中检出率为（７．８９％），明显低于良性肿瘤（６０％，Ｐ＜０．０１）、交界性肿瘤（６６．６７％，（Ｐ＜０．０１）及正常卵巢组织（８３．３％，Ｐ＜０．０１），在肿瘤分化差、恶性程度高及复发和死亡的病例中未检出ｐ１６阳性者。结论：ｐ１６作为一种新型的抑癌基因，它的突变与缺失可能与卵巢恶性肿瘤的发生发展密切相关（ｒ＝－０．９０５２，Ｐ＜０．０５）。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the relationship between tumor suppressor gene p16 expression and ovarian cancer occurrence and development. Methods: Using ABC immunohistochemistry method, we investigated the expression of p16 in 72 cases of ovarian neoplasms. Results: The total positive rate of p16 in malignant, benign, borderline tumor and normal ovarian tissue was 7.89%, 60.00%, 66.67% and 83.30%, respectively ( P <0.01). In the cases whose tumors were more malignant and poorer differentiated, and who relapsed and died, the positive stainings were not discovered. Conclusion: The results suggest that p16 are well related with the occurrence and development of malignant ovarian tumor. |
