一过性肝脏信号差异MRI探讨

目的 探讨一过性肝脏信号差异(THID)MRI血流动力学机理、形态及信号特点,加深对这一现象的理解和认识.资料与方法 回顾性分析了本院自2008年1月至2009年1月共6l例THID患者MRI表现,对THID的病因、血流动力学机制、形态及信号特点进行了分析探讨. 结果肿瘤、炎症、医源性损伤、全身性疾病等均可引起THID,THID的血流动力学复杂,它的形态特点具有一定的规律性,MRI信号改变有一定的病理基础.结论 认识并熟悉THID对准确、全面、透彻分析肝脏疾病的MBI影像表现大有裨益.

MRI features of Transient Hepatic Intensity Differerces

Objective To evalutate the hemodynamic mechanisms,shapes,and signal intensity of transient hepatic intensity differences(THID) on MRI and to thoroughly understand this phenomenon.Materials and Methods The MRI features and clinical data of 61 patients with THID were analyzed retrospcetively.The hemodynamic mechanisms,shapes and signal intensity of THID were investigated.Results Neoplasms,inflammation,iatrogenic injury,systemic deseases were causes of THID.The hemodynamic mechanisms of THID were complicate.The shapes had some regularity.The signal intensity had the certain pathologic foundation.Conclusion Deeply comprehend the MR features can help to make accurate diagnosis of THID.
