| 摘 要： | 纵观冲击波碎石术的发展史，可以看到这一伟大发明是如何从一偶然萌发的奇想逐步走向一门现代标准式医疗技术的艰辛历程。这一技术充分体现了基础自然科学在医学中的成功应用，而典型地反映出当今科学的发展趋势——学科间的相互交叉和渗透。二十几年的临床实践证明，冲击波碎石术是外科领域从有创到轻创再到无创技术发展中的一个成功范例。

| Abstract: | Through the development of lithotripsy, it is noticed that this daring research product evolves to a modem and standard therapy from an occasional idea after many years of intensive research. In the past two decades, it has been proved by clinical applications that shockwave lithotripsy is a successful treatment for urinary stones. This invention is the productive result of a basic natural science in combination with medicine. |
