| 摘 要： | 采用流式细胞仪 (FCM )测定BXSB狼疮鼠发病组、正常对照组和中药治疗组的脾脏组织中CD4 + 、CD19+细胞凋亡的水平 ,结果显示 ,BXSB狼疮鼠发病组CD4 + 、CD19+ 细胞凋亡水平显著高于正常对照组和中药治疗组(P <0 .0 5 )。此法需样本量少 ,操作简便 ,结果可靠 ,可在临床及科研中推广使用

| Abstract: | FCM technique was used to determine apoptosis levels of CD 4 + and CD 19 + in the spleen of BXSB mouse with lupus group and they were compared with those of normal mouse and drug treatment mouse groups. The results showed that the apoptosis levels of CD 4 + and CD 19 + in the BXSB group were higher than those of the normal and of drug treatment groups(p<0.05). The method used in the present study possesses the advantages of lesser sample, easiness to operate and reliability of result, it might be further popularized in clinical applications. |
