| 摘 要： | 连枷胸是较常见的胸部创伤之一,其造成的反常呼吸运动及纵膈摆动,是影响伤后呼吸及循环功能的重要因素.关于连枷胸的肋骨固定治疗已有半个世纪的历史,方法及器材多种多样,且各有所长,国内外学者通过多年临床实践,验证了连枷胸肋骨骨折手术内固定的必要性,并取得了较大进步.

| Abstract: | Flail chest is the common chest trauma, which causes abnormal respiration and mediastinal swing affecting the respiratory and circulatory function after injury. Fixation of ribs of flail chest has been used for half a century, methods and equipment of which varied, and domestic and foreign scholars have verified its efficacy in clinical practice. This article summarizes its main great progresses. |
