腹腔镜联合宫腔镜诊治女性不孕528例分析

目的 探讨应用腹腔镜联合宫腔镜对女性不孕患者的诊断价值及治疗效果.方法 回顾性分析2002年1月-2009年12月宫腹腔镜联合诊治528例患者的临床资料.结果 528例患者中,463名（87.7%）患者发现病变,腹腔镜检查发现异常盆腔450例（85.3%）.宫腔镜检查发现异常宫腔321例（60.8%）,宫、腹腔镜检查均正常65例,仅占8.12%,均异常208例.术后两年总妊娠率43%.结论 腹腔镜、宫腔镜联合手术可明确不孕症病因,在诊断的同时进行治疗,其创伤小、并发症少、安全有效,具有重要的临床应用价值.

Analysis on 528 cases of laparoscopic combined with hysteroscopy in female infertility treatment

Objective o investigate the diagnosis and treatment effect of value of the application oflaparoscopic combined with hysteroscopy to female infertility patients. Methods A retrospective analysis of January 2002-2009 and thus 528 patients laparoscopic combined with treatment of clinical data. Results 463 patients (87.7%) were found lesions among 528 patients after hysteroscopy: 450 patients (85.3%) with abnormal pelvic cavity, 321 (60.8%) with abnormal uterine cavity. Only 65(8.12%) patents were found normal after both hysteroscopy and laparoscopy. The total pregnancy rate was 43% 2 years after operation. Conclusion Hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy for the etiology, can be used in the diagnosis of infertility treatment, the simultaneous trauma, fewer complications, safe and effective, and has important value of clinical applications.
