| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨骶尾部潜毛窦的临床特点及治疗方法.方法 回顾性分析我院收治的10年来28例骶尾部潜毛窦的诊治情况,参阅相关文献.结果 28例患者均经手术和相关辅助检查证实为骶尾部潜毛窦,本组患者临床特点:骶尾部反复流脓,并遗留位于骶尾部靠中线部的窦道口,部分患者窦道内含有毛发,泛影匍胺造影显示窦道不与直肠相通,与骶尾骨亦无关...

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical features and treatment of sacrococcygeal pilonidal sinus. Methods A retrospective analysis of 28 patients with sacrococcygeal pilonidal sinus from 2000 to 2010 in our hospital was carried out, referring to the relevant literature. Results 28 patients with sacrococcygeal pilonidal sinus were confirmed by surgery and relevant ancillary diagnosis. Clinical characteristics of patients in this group: discharged pus again and again from sacrococcygeal, and left the sacrococcygeal sinus. Some patients contained hair in sinus. Sinus angiography showed no reaching to rectum, there is no relationship with sacrococcygeal bone. 18 patients were diagnosed as the disease before operation, and cured by surgery. Conclusion The diseases were misdiagnosed easily by clinicians because of low incidence.Sinus angiography is very meaningful in diagnosis. Surgery is the only radical way. Specific: operation method should follow the sinus circumstances. |
