应用商环治疗包茎和包皮过长180例临床分析

目的探讨和评价应用商环治疗包皮过长和包茎的方法和临床治疗效果。方法自2003年起,共收治包茎和包皮过长患者300例,包茎85例,包皮过长215例,行商环包皮环切术180例,传统术式包皮环切术120例。结果商环术式手术时间、术中出血量、沐浴时间和术后创口疼痛时间与传统术式比较差异显著,均有统计学意义(P0.01)。传统术式发生出血4例,伤口感染10例,术后疤痕9例,包皮过长3例;商环术式术后伤口感染2例,术后出血1例,无手术疤痕及包皮过长,其差异有显著性(P0.05)。总并发症发生率为23.2%,传统术式并发症21.6%,商环术式并发症1.6%,对比差异有显著性(P0.01)。随访1～6个月,效果满意,并发症很少。结论使用商环是治疗包皮过长和包茎理想的手术方法,值得推广和普及。
