荨麻疹与螨性过敏的关系及粉尘螨滴剂对荨麻疹的免疫治疗研究

目的 检测慢性荨麻疹患者对螨的敏感性并观察粉尘螨滴剂畅迪治疗慢性荨麻疹的有效性及安全性.方法 对464名慢性荨麻疹患者进行变应原皮肤点刺试验,检测尘螨阳性率.对177例粉尘螨强阳性的慢性荨麻疹随机分成两组： 治疗组及对照组.治疗组用抗组胺药加畅迪.对照组仅用抗组胺药.结果 粉尘螨检测阳性率70.04%.两年完成治疗后,对照组有效率45.455%,治疗组有效率76.74%.结论 尘螨变应原皮肤点刺试验对荨麻疹具有病因诊断价值,且畅迪对慢性荨麻疹患者有较好的疗效.

Urticaria in relation to mite sensitivity and clinical observation of dermatophagoides farinae drops in treatment of patients of urticaria

Objective To investigate the prevalence of mite sensitivity in patients with urticaria and to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of dermatophagoides farinae drops .Methods Skin prick test with a dust mite allergen was carried out to detect the prevalence of mite sensitivity in 464 chronic uriticaria patients. Among the patients , sensitive to mite ≥ +++ was 177 patients. 177 patients were randomly divided into two groups.cured group and contrasted group. Dermatophagoides farinae drops and resisted to organize amine medicine was gived to cured group. Just organize amine medicine was gived to contrasted group. Results The prevalence of sensitive to mite was 70.04%.After two years 'treating,clinical evaluation revealed and overall efficacy of 76.74% which was higher than than that of contrasted group 45.46%.Conclusion Mite allergen is an etiological diagnostic technique for urticaria patients.Clinical efficacy of dermatophagoides farinae drops has been proved to be good for the patients.
