神经外科护理风险及对策

目的 探讨神经外科的护理风险及相应的管理对策.方法 对2008年1月-2010年1月间在我科接受治疗的患者462例进行护理风险评估,并制定相应的管理对策.结果 本组发生护理风险事件53例,发生率为11.47%.其中与护理技术相关的风险最多,达28.30% 其次是管道风险、用药风险、护理书写风险、院内感染、环境、卫生风险及其他意外事件风险.结论 神经外科护理风险大,需不断加强护理风险管理工作.

Nursing care risk and countermeasure in department of neurosurgery

Objective To investigate the nursing care risk and countermeasure in department of neurosurgery. Methods The 462 cases in our department from January 2008 to January 2010 received the observation of nursing care risk, and homologous countermeasures were given. Results 53 cases got the nursing care risk incident and the rate was 11.47%.The risk correlative to nursing care technology was the most and the rate was 28.30%. And the next was risk correlative to pipe, medication, nursing recording,nosocomial infection, environment, health care and other accidents. Conclnsion The nursing care risk is quite large in department of neurosurgery, so risk management should be strengthened.
