| 摘 要： | 代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome,MS)是多种代谢危险因素的集合状态,以胰岛素抵抗为病理生理基础,由肥胖(尤其是中心性肥胖)、2型糖尿病(T2DM)或糖调节受损、血脂紊乱、高血压组成。近年来发现脂肪组织可分泌多种细胞因子,许多细胞因子与MS的发生和发展有关。现就Visfatin、脂联素、PAI-1、TNF-α四种脂肪细胞因子(adipocytokines)对MS临床诊断的预测价值做一综述。
