| 摘 要： | 目的建立风茄平喘膏的薄层鉴别方法和樟脑含量测定方法。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别对洋金花、麻黄进行薄层色谱鉴别,采用气相色谱法测定樟脑的含量。结果洋金花、麻黄二味药薄层色谱具有鉴别特征,樟脑在浓度为0.24～2.4 g.L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 4),平均回收率为96.31%,RSD=2.51%。结论该法可有效控制风茄平喘膏的质量。

| Abstract: | Aim To establish a TLC method and GC method of camphor for Fengqie pingchuangao.Methods TLC method was used to identify Hindu Datura Hower,Herbal Ephedrae,and camphor was determined by GC.Results TLC identification of Hindu Datura Flower and Herbal Ephedrae has distinguishing characteristics.Camphor showed a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.24～2.4 g·L-1 and the average recovery was up to 96.31%,and RSD was 2.51%.Conclusion The methods can be effective for the quality control of Fengqie pingchuangao. |
