| Abstract: | Objective: To establish a method for content determination of Ginsenoside Rg1 in Sanqi Jiegu Pill by RP-HPLC.Methods: Column Diamonsic C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm)was sed,mobile phase of water and Acetonitrile(gradient elution)was set up,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,the column temperature was 30 ℃and the detection wave length was 254 nm.Results: The linear range of Ginsenoside Rg1 was within 0.802-4.01 μg(r=0.9999).The average recovery was 98.05%(RSD%=1.60%).Conclusion: the method is simple,accurate and strong specificity,can be used for the product quality control. |
