组合型人工肾治疗顽固性皮肤瘙痒的疗效及护理

摘    要:目的探讨HA树脂灌流器与透析器串联治疗尿毒症患者皮肤瘙痒的疗效及护理。方法将61例尿毒症患者分成2组,一组进行常规HD,共31例,另一组在常规HD的基础上+树脂血液灌流(HD+HP),共30例,比较两组患者治疗前后mBUN、Cr、Hb、Ca、P、甲状旁腺素(PTH)变化及治疗后皮肤瘙痒,高、低血压及食欲,睡眠等并发症的改善情况。结果HD+HP组治疗3个月后,BUN、Cr、P、PTH水平显著降低,(P〈0.05)。皮肤瘙痒,高、低血压及食欲睡眠改善情况优于单纯HD。结论HA型树脂灌流器与透析器串联更有效地清除病人体内的BUN、Cr、P和PTH等物质,更好地治疗并发症,同时配合精心的护理,大大提高治疗效果。

Abstract:Objective To explore therapeutic effects of itch of skin on uremia patients which treated with HA resin perfusion and dialyzer. Methods Divide 61 urinaemia into 2 groups. HD Group composed by 31 urinaemia was treated only with hemodialysis HD+HP Group composed by 30 urinaemia was treated with hemodialysis and hemoperfusion. Clinical symptoms and lab 1 indicator including BUN, Cr,HB, Ca, P, PTH, as well as the complication improvement of itch of skin, hypertension, hypotension,appetite and sleep were compared between the two groups. Results Three months after treatment, BUN,Cr, and PTH decreased obviously(P<0.05) in HD+HP group. Meanwhile, the therapeutic effects of itch of skin, osteopathy, blood pressure, appetite and sleep were better than HD group only treated with hemodialysis Conclusion Using HA resin perfusion and dialyzer removed BUN, Cr, P and PTH and cure complication more effectively. Accompanied by careful nursing, it can improve therapeutic effects greatly.
