床位包干床边工作站模式在临床护理中的应用

目的改变排班及工作方法，创优质服务的最佳护理模式，方法将实验组轮班的8名护士，分成2大组4小组，每小组成员2名，A班4天交替轮换，将57张病床具体分到各小组13～15张。包床管理时间是7：30～16：00，管床护士固定多功能治疗车巡回于所管病房之间，完成治疗、护理、宣教等，因人力不足夜班没有开展包床管理，与同期责任制护理模式组对照，就医生、病人满意度、护理质量进行调查。结果实验组医生满意度96．32％，对照组78．56％；病人满意度97％，对照组87％；整体护理质量98．25％，对照组92．25％二组比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论床化包干床边工作站模式护士愿意，医生、患者满意，是最受医生、病人欢迎的护理模式。
