| 摘 要： | 目的:建立肝舒片中龙胆苦苷含量的测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,ZORBAX SB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以乙腈-水(8∶92)作为流动相,流速为0.8 mL.min-1,柱温:30℃,检测波长:274 nm。结果:龙胆苦苷在0.009-0.180 g.mL-1范围内有良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为99.2%,RSD%=0.75%。结论:本方法快速简便,结果准确,可用于该制剂中龙胆苦苷的定量分析。

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish the method for measuring the content of gentiopicroside of soothing liver pill.METHODS: HPLC method,ZORBAX SB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) as chromatographic column,using acetonitrile-water(8:92) as mobile phase,flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1,column temperature: 30 ℃,detection wavelength: 274 nm.Results: Gentiopicrin in the range of 0.009-0.180 g·mL-1 has a good linear relationship,the average recovery was 99.2%,RSD%=0.75%.Conclusion: This method is simple,accurate and can be used for the quantitative analysis of gentiopicroside in this preparation. |
