射频消融前后CK-MB、 hs-CRP的测定及意义

摘    要:目的通过观察使用温控大头电极射频消融术(RFCA)前后超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和肌酸激酶同工酶MB(CK-MB)的变化,分析温控大头电极RFCA对心肌组织的损伤,并分析两者的变化是否存在相关性。方法对70例经全面检查均无其他器质性疾病及炎症性疾病,于术前、术后12~20 h采血,样本于当日行hs-CRP和CK-MB检测。结果所有患者术前hs-CRP与CK-MB水平分别为(1.11±1.66)mg.L-1、(8.43±3.54)IU.L-1,术后分别为(2.25±2.42)mg.L-1、(11.47±4.37)IU.L-1(P值均<0.001),术前CK-MB均正常,术后5例升高(>16IU.L-1),术后hs-CRP和CK-MB Spearman相关系数为0.223,(P<0.037);经股动脉途径34例,经股静脉途径36例,术前CK-MB均无统计学意义,术后CK-MB分别为(12.59±5.19)IU.L-1、(10.42±3.16)IU.L-1,(P<0.037)。结论温控大头电极RFCA可致轻微的心肌组织损伤及炎性反应,经股动、静脉途径行RFCA对心肌组织的损伤程度不同,且hs-CRP和CK-MB存在相关性。
