MCP-1在肾小球肾炎中的表达及其意义

目的：探讨肾小球肾炎患者肾组织单核细胞趋化蛋白－１（ＭＣＰ－１）的表达及其与肾间质中浸润的单核细胞（ＭＣ）数、肾小管病理损伤、尿蛋白量之间的关系。方法：用免疫组化技术检测５例正常及３１例原发性肾炎肾组织中ＭＣＰ－１、ＣＤ６８的表达。结果：正常肾组织有极少量ＭＣＰ－１表达及ＭＣ浸润；膜性肾小球肾炎（ＭＮ）组肾小球内未见ＭＣＰ－１、ＣＤ６８表达；系膜增生性肾小球肾炎（ＭｓＰＧＮ）、膜性增生性肾小球肾炎

Expression and significance of MCP-1 in patients with glomerulonephritis

Objective: To study the expression of monocyte Chemoattractant Protein 1(MCP 1) in normal and nephrotic kidneys and its relationship with monocytic infiltration,damage of renal tubules and proteinuria. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was employed to determine the expression of MCP 1 and CD68 cells in 5 normal and 31 nephrotic kidneys. Results:In the normal renal tissues, there was a little MCP 1 expression and monocytic infiltration. No expression of MCP 1 or CD68 was found in the glomeruli of the patients with MN. In the glomeruli of the patients with MsPGN, MPGN and FSGS and in the interstitial tissue of the renal tubules of those with MsPGN, MPGN, FSGS and MN, the expression of MCP 1 and CD68 was significantly higher than that in the normal control (P<0.01). Positive expression of MCP 1 in the glomeruli and renal tubules was significantly correlated to the intensity of monocytic infiltration (r=0.84 and 0.93,P<0.01) but showed no correlation to the quantity of proteinuria (r=0.52 and 0.34,P>0.05). MCP 1 expression in the renal tubules was correlated to the number of damaged tubules (r=0.72,P<0.05).Conclusion:Our findings indicate that MCP 1 plays an important role to induce monocytic infiltration and to mediate tubular damages during glomerulonephritis.
