摘    要:目的:对直径≤3cm肺孤立性结节的良恶性判别进行统计学相关分析。方法:根据良恶性两类病例的年龄、性别及其螺旋CT或HRCT征象等14种因素,进行χ2检验,在计算χ2值的基础上计算Pearson列联系数r(又称相关系数)。结果:各种因素中年龄、形态、边缘、分叶、棘状突起、毛刺、血管集束、空泡征及钙化在良、恶性SPN组间有显著差异(P<0.001);年龄、边缘、分叶、棘状突起、毛刺、及空泡征的列联系数>0.5,其中毛刺征的列联系数最大,r值为0.677,关系最密切;性别、SPN位置、胸膜凹陷征、空洞在两组间差异无显著性(P>0.05),其列联系数<0.5,尤其性别的列联系数最小,r值为0.015,与良恶性判别几乎关系。结论:χ2检验只能说明各种因素间有无相关关系,列联系数r说明各种因素间相关的密切程度。在良恶性SPN组间作相关判别,列联系数比χ2检验更具有统计学意义,对鉴别诊断起重要作用。

Abstract:Objective To differentiate analysis benign or malignant tumour of Solitary pulmonary nodule (Diameter ≤3 cm)(SPN) in Statistics. Methods According to the age, sex, and the CT or HRCT appearances etc factors of these two diseases, were under way in Chi-Square Test and Relation-Coefficient. Results The differentiation was much correlated with the age, shape,verge, lobalation, spinous process,spiculation, convergence, vacuole and calcium in benign or malignant tumour of SPN(P<0.001). The number of Relation-Coefficient with the age, verge, lobalation, spinous process,spiculation and vacuole was >0.5. The Relation-Coefficient was the biggest of spiculation (r=0.677),The relation of those was the closest. The differentiation was seldom correlated with sex, place, pleural indentation and cavity (P>0.05),which the number of Relation-Coefficient<0.5. Sex of the Relation-Coefficient was the smallest (r=0.015), sex had nothing to do with differentiate analysis benign or malignant tumour of SPN. Conclusion Chi-Square Test only showed to have something or nothing to do with the factors, and the Relation-Coefficient showed some degree with the relation. The Relation-Coefficient was higher significance than Chi-Square Test in statistics to differentiate analysis benign or malignant tumour of SPN. It is very valuable for discriminate diagnosis.
