| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肺癌误诊原因，提高肺癌诊断准确率。方法就29例误诊病例从临床诊断学、影像学、病理学等方面入手分析误诊原因。结果误诊与对肺癌临床表现的认识不足、影像学检查不仔细、病理学检查不够有关。结论充分掌握肺癌的临床特点，全面认真进行影像学、病理学检查是减少该病误诊漏诊的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the main cause of misdiagnosis in lung cancer and rise up the accuracy of lung cancer diagnosis.Methods The retrospective analysis involving clinical diagnosis,imaging,pathology was carried out in 29 cases of misdiagnosed patients.Results Misdiagnosis was related to the lack of knowledge about the clinical manifestation of lung cancer and had not taken careful imaging and pathological examination.Conclusion It is the key point to master the clinical feature of lung cancer and take a complete imaging and pathological examination so that avoiding or decreasing the misdiagnosis of lung cancer. |
