| 摘 要： | 目的:建立白英药材红外光谱鉴定分析新方法。方法:对不同产地白英药材进行红外光谱指纹鉴别,并进行相似度计算与分析。结果:获得了5批不同产地白英药材的红外指纹图谱。结论:粉末的红外指纹图谱鉴定法可用于不同产地白英药材的鉴定和识别,相似度的计算结果进一步证明了方法的可行性。

| Abstract: | Objective:To provide a FT-IR new method to identify different habitats of Solanum lyratum.Methods:Analyzed FT-IR patterns of Solanum lyratum from different habitats,and the similarity of different fingerprint patterns was calculated and analyzed according to the wave numbers of peaks searched.Results:Obtained the different FT-IR pattern of 5 different habitats of Solanum lyratum.Conclusion:This method can be used for identifications on different habitats of Solanum lyratum.The results of similarity calculation further prove the feasibility of this method. |
