浮小麦中药学研究

摘    要:目的研究浮小麦的原植物及生态、显微特征及薄层色谱,水分、灰分及浸出物等情况,以完善浮小麦的质量标准。方法对药材进行原植物及生态描述,应用生物显微镜观察药材粉末特征,采用对照药材法考察药材的薄层色谱行为,参照《中国药典》2010年版一部附录考察药材的水分、灰分及浸出物等的情况。结果各地均作为农作物栽培,夏秋季采收。粉末鉴别,主要以淀粉粒为特征重点。薄层鉴别,以对照药材为参考,特征斑点明显,Rf值适宜。增加水分、总灰分及浸出物等的限度范围。结论修订浮小麦的药材质量标准,对于保证其质量和临床疗效具有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective To research the original plants and ecology, microscopic characteristics and TLC, moisture, ash and extract of Fructus Tritici Levis and so on, the quality standard of Fructus Tritici Levis was improved. Methods The original plants and ecology of medicine were described, the powder characteristics of medicine were observedby biomicroscopy, TLC behavior was studyed by the control medicine, moisture, ash and extract and so on were studyed byChinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 edition. Results All as crop cultivation, summer and autumn harvest. Powder characteristics, the main features were starch grains. TLC, use the control medicine, Spots were clear and the Rf was right. Limits of moisture、ash and extract and so on were increased. Conclusion The quality standard of Fructus Tritici Levis was revised, and it is important to ensure the quality and clinical effect.
