| 摘 要： | 目的探讨品管圈活动在眼科护理临床带教中的应用效果。方法将56名护生随机分成两组各28人，对照组采用传统的教学方法，实验组在临床带教中开展品管圈活动，比较两组学习效果及对带教工作满意度。结果实验组的学习成绩和对带教工作满意度均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论品管圈活动在眼科护理临床带教中效果良好，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle activity in the clinical teaching of ophthalmology nursing. Methods 56 nursing students were randomly divided into two groups, 28 students in the control group were received traditional teaching method, 28 students in the experimental group were given quality control circle activity during clinical teaching. Learning effects and the teaching job satisfaction were compared. Results The academic performance and teaching job satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Quality control circle activity can achieve good results in the clinical teaching of ophthalmology nursing, it is worth for promoting. |
