护理干预对糖尿病肾病患者血液透析中并发心血管病的影响

目的：探讨护理干预对糖尿病肾病（DN）患者血液透析中并发心血管病的影响。方法行维持性血液透析的糖尿病肾病患者80例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组40例，对照组进行常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上进行全面护理干预，比较两组患者的心血管并发症的发生率。结果对照组并发症发生率为95.0%，观察组并发症发生率为62.5%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论综合全面的护理干预，能有效的降低糖尿病肾病患者血液透析中的心血管并发症的发病率，提高糖尿病肾病患者的生活质量，值得临床推广应用。

Influence of nursing intervention on cardiovascular disease in hemodialysis in patients with diabetic nephropathy

Objective To investigate the influence of nursing intervention on cardiovascular disease in hemodialysis in patients with diabetic nephropathy（DN）.Methods Divided 80 cases of DN hemodialysis patients randomly into two groups, 40 cases in each group, the control group was treated with normal nursing, observation group was implemented comprehensive nursing intervention, compared the complications situation of two groups. Results The control group’s complication occurrence was 95.0%. The observation group’s complication occurrence was 62.5%. The differences between the two groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The overall nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of cardiovascular complications in DN hemodialysis patients, improve the quality of life in patients with diabetic nephropathy, so it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
