真空负压引流瓶在创伤急诊术后的应用分析

目的:探讨真空负压引流瓶在创伤急诊术后的应用效果。方法:选择急诊治疗的皮肤缺损创伤患者60例,都积极给予基于真空负压引流瓶的综合治疗。结果:急诊后患者的感染均得到较好地控制,皮瓣均全部一期成活,且质地外观满意,无严重并发症发生。随着手术时间的推移,患者的创面菌落数呈现明显下降趋势,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:真空负压引流瓶在创伤急诊术后的应用能降低细菌数量,减少炎性反应,最大限度促进患者的恢复。

Application of wound drainage systems after trauma emergency surgery

Objective To discuss the effects of application of wound drainage systems after trauma emergency surgery. Methods 60 case of skin defect in our hospital were treated actively by comprehensive therapy based on wound drainage systems in emergency. Results The infection was controlled after treatment for all the patients. The flaps were survived in the initial period and the outlook was satisfied. There was no serious complications happened. The colony count of wounds was downtrend following the treatment. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The application of wound drainage systems after trauma emergency surgery could decreased colony count,reduce the inflammatory response,and promote the recovery of patients.
